Partner Program Terms

1.Scope of the Program

The Salonify Partner Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Partners") to earn commissions by referring beauty and wellness businesses to the Salonify platform. The Program is operated by Salonify, registered in Luxembourg.

2.Eligibility

• Partners must be at least 18 years old
• Partners must provide accurate personal and payment information
• Participation is subject to approval by Salonify
• Salonify reserves the right to reject or revoke partner status at any time
• Current Salonify employees and their immediate family members are not eligible

3.Referral Process

• Partners receive a unique referral link or code upon approval
• A referral is valid when a new business registers through the partner's link and subscribes to a paid plan
• Self-referrals (referring your own business) are not eligible for commission
• The referred business must remain an active subscriber for at least 30 days for the referral to qualify
• Duplicate referrals or businesses that have previously registered with Salonify are not eligible

4.Commission Structure

• Partners earn a recurring commission of up to 30% of the monthly subscription fee paid by each referred business
• The exact commission rate is agreed individually between the partner and Salonify upon joining the program
• Commissions are paid for a period of 12 months from the business's first subscription payment
• Commission rates are calculated on the net subscription amount (excluding VAT and payment processing fees)
• Salonify reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice

5.Payment Terms

• Commission payments are processed monthly, within 15 business days after the end of each calendar month
• Payments are made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account provided by the partner
• Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations on commission income
• Salonify may withhold payments if fraud or policy violations are suspected

6.Partner Obligations

• Represent the Salonify brand accurately and professionally
• Not make false or misleading claims about Salonify's services, features, or pricing
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations
• Not engage in unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) when promoting Salonify
• Disclose the partner relationship when recommending Salonify to potential clients

7.Prohibited Conduct

• Using paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) that bids on Salonify brand terms
• Creating fake accounts or businesses to generate fraudulent referrals
• Offering financial incentives to referred businesses that are funded by commission (cashback schemes)
• Impersonating Salonify employees or representatives
• Any activity that damages Salonify's reputation or brand

Violations will result in immediate termination of the partnership, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.

8.Termination

• Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with 30 days' written notice
• Upon termination, the partner remains eligible for commissions on existing referrals until the 12-month period expires
• Salonify may terminate immediately in cases of fraud, policy violations, or prohibited conduct
• In case of immediate termination for cause, all unpaid commissions are forfeited

9.Liability & Governing Law

• The partner is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Salonify
• Salonify is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the partnership
• These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg City
